Hi! I’m Laura
I work with woman, children and men to improve their overall health and wellbeing through homeopathic remedies and wholefood supplements.
“I love the detective work involved in homeopathy, taking the body’s symptoms and matching it to a remedy to see a person’s health transform”
About Me
I am a mother of two beautiful boys, currently in my third formal year of homeopathic study after having started my studies with ‘Switch on Health’ and now finishing my studies to be an Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy with RMDY Academy. I have had homeopathic remedies in my life since childhood and spent a year self-studying the art of homeopathy before commencing formal education.
My life before motherhood had me working in leadership roles within the early childhood sector, working as a beauty therapist and working within the natural health field. All of these previous careers were driven by my love and desire to work with people to support them and to see them improve. The skills I gained previously inform the work I do now and have given me valuable insights and knowledge.
How I approach Health and Healing
My approach is practical, I’m open minded and I don’t work with a one size fits all protocol that can be applied to everyone’s health. I approach every case as an individual, tailoring your treatment plan to your needs and goals and using both homeopathic remedies and where appropriate whole food supplements to assist the healing process. I’ve seen that as the world has changed our health and our approach to it has had to change as well, people’s health has become more layered than ever before which requires us to be pragmatic and to implore a range of strategies to bring back health and vitality.
I so look forward to connecting with you and hope you find that mine is a space free of judgement or limiting beliefs, Welcome to 11:11 Homeopathy.
Why 11:11?
The meaning behind the name ‘Eleven 11’ has a few layers, first 11/11 is my birthday and I wanted my business to have a special connection with who I am.
The second meaning is in the four pillars that Eleven 11 is built on, those being ‘Trust, Community, Growth and Simplicity’.
Trust in the body’s ability to heal and in the wisdom of nature to provide what we need to heal us.
Community and collaborations with other modalities and health practitioners to support wholistic healing for my clients.
Growth and the commitment to continued learning and education so that I can bring in new approaches to support the people I work with.
Simplicity is an important pillar because I think engaging in health care should be a simple and easy to understand process, I don’t like to over-complicate wellness, and I like my clients to feel they are active participants in their health.
